At Dripatch LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services tailored to your needs. To maintain transparency and protect both our clients and our business, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

Dripatch offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

1.1 Monthly Subscription Plans

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your monthly subscription within 30 days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this 30-day period.

1.2 Quarterly Subscription Plans

  • Full Refund Within 30 Days: For quarterly plans, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription.
  • Pro-Rata Refund After 30 Days: If you cancel your quarterly plan after the initial 30 days, you will receive a pro-rata refund based on the remaining time left in your subscription. The refund will be calculated by dividing the total cost of the quarterly plan by 3 (months) and refunding the amount corresponding to the unused months.
Example

If your quarterly plan costs $300 and you cancel after 2 months, you will be refunded for the remaining 1 month. The refund would be calculated as follows: $300 / 3 months = $100 monthly. For 1 unused month, you will receive a $100 refund.

2. Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we do not offer refunds but will gladly make revisions until the design meets your expectations, as long as the revisions are within the original scope. Approval of deliverables is considered final, and no further revisions will be allowed post-approval.

3. Cancellation

  • Monthly Plans: You can cancel your subscription at any time via our Client Portal by selecting ‘Manage Subscription.’ No refunds will be issued for early cancellations after the initial 30-day period.
  • Quarterly Plans: For cancellations after the initial 30-day period, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the remaining months in your subscription. However, cancellation within the first 30 days entitles you to a full refund.

4. Renewal

All Dripatch services are subscription-based, meaning you will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly). Once a subscription is renewed, it cannot be refunded, and you will receive the deliverables for that period.

5. Results

Dripatch focuses on delivering high-quality design services based on your brief and feedback. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased engagement, growth, or marketing results. You are paying for creative deliverables, and we are not responsible for the business results derived from their use.

6. Mistakes

While we take utmost care in delivering error-free work, occasional mistakes can happen. It is crucial that you review and approve the content thoroughly. Refunds will not be issued for minor errors such as typos or design adjustments. If mistakes are identified, we will correct them promptly, but this does not warrant a refund.

7. Credit Card Disputes

If you initiate a credit card dispute without first contacting Dripatch to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to terminate your account. We are committed to addressing your concerns directly and will work with you to find a resolution.

8. Blackmail & Threats

Dripatch maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards blackmail, threats, or any form of coercion. Attempts to use these tactics to secure refunds or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate termination of services, and legal action may be pursued.

9. No Partial Refunds

Dripatch does not offer partial refunds for any reason. Once a service is rendered, or after the 30-day refund period, no refunds will be issued for the services used.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your subscription details and the reason for your cancellation.
  • Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a refund.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used.

11. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Dripatch reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, we will notify you through email or other communication channels.
