Overview
Dripatch offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Design Subscription and Social Autopilot plans. MVP Build projects operate under a milestone-based payment structure with no refunds after the first milestone is released.

Design Subscription
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Design Subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. No questions asked.
The 14-day window begins on the date of your first payment. It applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.
After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Pausing instead of cancelling. If your design needs are temporarily reduced, pausing your subscription is available at no cost. Pausing stops the next billing cycle without losing your account history or brand setup. This is available at any time from your account or by messaging the team via Slack.
Social Autopilot

MVP Build
MVP Build projects are fixed-cost engagements structured across agreed payment milestones.
Before work begins. If you decide not to proceed after a discovery call but before signing off on a scope document, no charge applies. The discovery call is free.
After the first milestone is released. Once the first milestone payment has been made and work has begun, that payment is non-refundable. This applies regardless of how far into the project work has progressed at the time of any cancellation request.
If you cancel mid-project. You are not obligated to continue a project. If you choose to stop after the first milestone, you retain all design files and deliverables completed up to that point. No further milestone payments are due for work not yet started. Milestone payments already released are not refunded.
If Dripatch cannot deliver. In the event that Dripatch is unable to complete an agreed scope through no fault of the client, a prorated refund of any milestone payments covering undelivered work will be issued.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name, the email address used at purchase, and the service you are requesting a refund for.
We process all eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after the refund is issued depend on your card issuer and are typically 3 to 7 business days.
